To achieve the best results with your home foot file wet your feet or it best to do this in the shower.
With gentle pressure rub back and forth with the foot file over the back of your heels, under the balls of your feet and anywhere you have hard calloused build up under your feet. Do this for 2-4mins or until you see flakes of skin coming off onto the foot file.
