Hi, My Name is Nicole Tidswell, I opened the doors of Eye Spy Beauty in April 2016. After completing my diploma of Beauty Therapy back in 2015 and while working full time in a local beauty salon for 5 years, I knew it was time to takes things one step further, so EYE SPY BEAUTY was born!
I take everything I do with pride and passion, I have a strong connection with all my beautiful clients and love meeting new clients everyday! Eye Spy Beauty is a place to unwind and relax and enjoy being pampered.
One question I get asked a lot is what treatment/services I enjoy the best and I never know the answer... but I often reply with I don't have a favorite, I love it all. However, one thing I like to point out is that I love treating skin and making people feel happy and confident within their skin! Skin care is something I take seriously, as every skin is unique I believe every individual's skin should be treated accordingly with what is best suited for them and my skin care range 'Dermaviduals' is perfect fit for that. I am able to customize cleansers, serums and face creams with different actives to cater their needs. Another amazing aspect of my job is being apart of people's special days like weddings, graduations, debutant balls or any special event for that matter. My makeup range 'Jane iredale' complements each and everyone's skin just perfectly with a wide range of foundations, blushes, concealers, lipsticks plus so much more!

Among the skin treatments and make-up, I still has a lot more to offer such as: Manicures, Pedicures, Facials, Spray tanning, Waxing, Tinting, Eyelash Extensions & loads more.
Something im always aware of is that the beauty industry is continually changing with new and improved equipment, technology, and services so therefore I will always bring the best of what's available to my clients to allow them to feel and look their best!!!

Nicole Tidswell
Business Owner / Senior Therapist
Owner & Founder of Eye Spy Beauty. Nicole is a Mum of two, to a Little girl Ruby and a little boy Fletcher and is a loving wife to her Husband, Brendan. Nicole is in salon Wednesday thru to Fridays and some Saturdays (by appointment). Offering late nights til 7pm on Wednesdays. Nicole's specialty is SKIN, but loves every aspect of Beauty!
Nicole loves her regular chat ups with her clients every few weeks as well as meeting new clients. Nicole strives to make everyone's experience at Eye Spy Beauty relaxing, enjoying and stress free!
Nadine Walker
Qualified Beauty Therapist
Nadine has been a team member of Eye Spy Beauty since April 2019. Nadine holds her Certificate III in Beauty Therapy plus a few extra qualifications that she has done over the time she has been with us at Eye Spy Beauty, such as Nail Technology, Bio Sculpture Gel, Ear Piercing, Dermaviduals product knowledge & Jane iredale training. Nadine takes pride in everything she offers and loves having a chat with all her clients.
At home Nadine is a mum to her beautiful little girl Sierra.
You'll find Nadine in the salon in salon each Friday and an occasion extra day here and there.
Hayley Harding
Qualified Beauty Therapist
Hayley was Eye Spy Beauty's 1st ever apprentice which she has since completed her Beauty Therapy Apprenticeship in February 2023 . Hayley enjoys all aspects of beauty but has a high passion for Lash extensions, Brows and Makeup.
If you have been lucky enough to have meet Hayley you'll know that she is a bright, happy and bubbly person who also loves a chat.
On top of her Beauty Apprenticeship course Hayley has completed qualifications for Bio Sculpture Gel and Eyelash extensions. She sure likes to keep busy!
You'll find Hayley in the salon Monday's through to Friday's, offering a late night on Thursdays til 7pm and takes an RDO is every second Monday.
Lexi Hasenkam
Qualified Beauty Therapist
Lexi joined the Eye Spy team in January 2022.
Lexi is a local girl from Orange NSW and made the move to Cowra to be with her partner in November 2021.
Lexi completed her Beauty Therapy Apprenticeship in a local salon of Orange then chose to give the beauty industry a break for roughly 2 years. Lexi has jumped back in the beauty industy like she never had left. Lexi takes pride in all her work and has a fine art when it comes to shaping and tidying the eyebrows.
Lexi is also qualified in our skin care range Dermaviduals as well as our Jane iedale our makeup range and has also complete her Bio Sculpture training whilst being an employee of Eye Spy Beauty.
You can find Lexi in the salon working her magic Monday through to Thursdays, offering a late night each Thursday til 7pm by appointment.
Georgie Grant
Qualified Beauty Therapist
Georgie is a Cowra Local and joined us her at Eye Spy Beauty in January 2023. Georgie has been a qualified Beauty Therapist since 2006 and holds a Diploma in Beauty Therapy.
Georgie has quite a impressive history when it comes to her beauty career. From working over seas in high luxury day spa salons to having worked with Dermaviduals in the past in a previous salon in New Zealand.
Georgie brings her beautiful personality and kind caring nature to the salon every day.
Georgie is also a mum to two gorgeous girls Isla and Rosie.
Georgie loves pampering anyone in the facial room with a heavenly facial or massage.
You can find Georgie in the salon on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
